Online Submission

Online Submission Procedure:

Journal of Soil Salinity and Water Quality (JSSWQ) welcomes you for online submission at the ICAR eJournals Portal (Link: https://epubs.icar.org.in/index.php/JoSSWQ) for submitting your manuscript. The JSSWQ invites all aspiring scientists working on topics related to soil salinity, water quality, and their reclamation and management throughout the world to submit their research articles for publication. The manuscripts are to be submitted online at site https://epubs.icar.org.in/index.php/JoSSWQ/about/submissions  by registering and logging in to this website. Once registered, click here to go to the submission form All submissions that pass pre-check will be peer-reviewed. Accepted papers will be published in the special issue or subsequent regular issue of the journal, as per their suitability. Submitted manuscripts should not have been published previously, nor be under consideration for publication elsewhere. A guide for authors and other relevant information for submission of manuscripts is available on the Instructions for Authors Guidelines page.  Please visit the “Information for Authors” page before submitting a manuscript. Online submission of a new manuscript and its reviewing process has been made online through the ICAR eJournals (ePubs) portal since January 2022. Therefore, all the authors are requested to submit a new manuscript online at ICAR-ePubs only.

There are three cases of submission for users:

1) If you have not registered at the ICAR ePubs website for any of the ICAR journals :-

1. i) Then click on this journal link (https://epubs.icar.org.in/index.php/JoSSWQ), go to the top right of the page, and click Register and enter the following information to create a new user ID and password:

• Your name, family name, affiliation (institute name), country, and email 
• Username, Password, and Repeat Password 

1. ii) Then click Register.

iii) Click on Login and enter then the user name and password you have just created.

1. iv) Once logged in, go to EditProfile at the top right corner, click on Roles, and tick mark all three roles (Reader, Author, and Reviewer) and
2. v) Click the Go back button once it is done, and you can submit a fresh manuscript online.
3. vi) Click on the Make a Submission tab and then click on Make a new submission.

vii) Submit an article in the next five steps to the journal.

2)   While Registering, Website reflects that your email is already registered, it means that you have already registered at any one of the ICAR ePubs journals, In this Scenario follow the given steps :-

1. i) Click on the main link https://epubs.icar.org.in/index.php and then log in using the same user ID and password.
2. ii) Scroll down to the Journal (i.e., JSSWQ) where you wish to submit a new manuscript and click on the Journal photo or title name.

iii) Once logged in, go to Edit Profile, click on Roles, and tick mark all three roles (Reader, Author, and Reviewer) and Save.

1. iv) Click the Go back button once it is done, and you can submit a fresh manuscript online.
2. v) Click on the Make a Submission tab and then click on Make a new submission.
3. vi) Submit an article in the next five steps for the journal.

3) If you are already registered with the JSSWQ journal, in that case :-

1. i) Then click on the journal link (https://epubs.icar.org.in/index.php/JoSSWQ), go to the top right of the page, and click Login using the same user ID and password.
2. ii) Once logged in, go to Edit Profile, click on Roles, and tick mark all three roles (Reader, Author, and Reviewer) and

iii) Click the Go back button, Once, it is done, you can submit a fresh manuscript online.

1. iv) Click on the Make a Submission tab and then click on Make a new submission.
2. v) Submit an article in the next five steps for the journal.
